The California Florida Plant Company, L.P., is rapidly expanding to accommodate the international demand for its custom lab and advanced propagation and horticultural technologies.

According to Margaret Hasegawa, director of marketing and new business development, "We're dedicating more and more of our resources to lab and propagation services in response to the growing demands of customers worldwide for a research and development facility that is willing find solutions to unique challenges. We pride ourselves on successfully handling projects that other nurseries have rejected as too difficult." The company has custom propagation contracts with numerous domestic and international companies, including producers of nuts, fruits, grapes and a broad selection of ornamentals. Hasegawa continues, "The key to our unusually high success rate is that we work very closely with our customers in a truly collaborative environment."

California Florida's 650,000 square foot, state of the art facility houses growing areas along with a research and development laboratory dedicated to advancing propagation and horticultural technologies, while maintaining strict adherence to sanitation protocols designed to prevent contamination by pests and viruses.
